Hello, my love, welcome. Here lies the digital diary of my growth as a professional model and, by chance, a digital creator.
I am a firm believer that one of my life's purposes is to help eradicate body politics in the fashion industry. Talent should always trump size, height, or whatever else. I love the editorial space, and I love Runway; if I have one life, I'll spend it working to make what I love sustain the life I want to live.
Enjoy my journey.
Following almost two years at Howard University studying international business, I decided I was fed up with the traditional academic process. It was my first time being in a condensed space of Black people actively pursuing careers in creative fields, and I fell in love with the idea of pursuing the same—on my terms. I decided to leave college to pursue what I love and believe I can monetize, and began working towards professionally developing myself as a model in early 2024.
I not only became more intentional about my portfolio, but I also started documenting my life more to create visually appealing, engaging content on Instagram. Within less than a year of content creation, I landed collaborations with notable brands such as Mugler, Marc Jacobs, and Valentino.
I was signed as a model by AFTM (Affirming Fashion Talent Management), a VA-based mother agency, at the end of Summer 2024. I left them in 2025 after moving to NYC. I'm learning how to secure opportunities on my own and steadily growing my name as a freelance model.
